It contains resin castings of the closed ambulance body supplemented with photo-etched details. It is an aftermarket accessory for modelers, not a complete kit. It is based on the dimensions of the Tamiya kit.
The Steyr 1500 was an Austrian-German cross-country truck widely used by the Wehrmacht during the Second World War. The Kfz.31 ambulance variant with its closed box body served to evacuate the wounded and is a rewarding subject for dioramas with a field dressing station.
The conversion calls for replacing the body of the base model. Wash the resin parts free of the mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and fit them precisely; bend the photo-etched details in a bender. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Recommended for more experienced modelers.
This is a conversion accessory for the build; the base model, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
