Eduard 1:48 Me 410A-1 engine is a photo-etched set for refining the engine details of the model of the German Messerschmitt Me 410A-1 Hornisse heavy fighter. The model itself is not included in the package.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of photo-etched parts from the Czech maker Eduard focused on the details of the powerplant of the Messerschmitt Me 410A-1 Hornisse model in 1:48 scale. The photo-etched metal parts refine the engine section and its installation, that is the panels, the fasteners and the fine details that injection-molded plastic cannot render faithfully. It is not an aircraft model but a detailing accessory; the base kit has to be obtained separately.
The Messerschmitt Me 410 Hornisse was a German twin-engine heavy fighter and ground-attack aircraft of the Second World War, developed on from the Me 210. The A-1 version served as a fast bomber and fighter. It was powered by inverted V12 Daimler-Benz engines.
Separate the parts from the fret with a sharp knife and clean up the cut faces. Use a bending tool or a straight edge for bending. Glue the photo-etched parts with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and detail the engine section before it is closed up in the fuselage or the nacelle.
This is a detailing accessory, not a model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
