This is NOT a model of an aircraft but a plastic accessory set of aircraft armament in 1:48 scale. It holds a set of modern American external weapon stores for enriching or filling out the armament of fighter and strike aircraft. The package consists of injection-molded plastic sprues, decals with the regulation stencil markings of the weapons and instructions. The set is meant for models in 1:48 scale.
In the set you will find several types of laser-guided bombs of the GBU series and anti-radiation or guided missiles of the AGM class, usually two pieces of each type. These are weapons used by the US Air Force and Navy from the 1970s to the present, so you will put the set to use on a wide range of jet aircraft.
Glue the weapons together and clean the joints up first, and only then paint them. It works well to paint the stores separately from the aircraft and to fit them at the very end. The regulation stencil markings supplied in the decals raise the realism considerably; use a gloss varnish under the decals and a matte coat over them at the end.
This is an accessory set of armament, not a model of an aircraft. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; glue, paints and the aircraft are not included in the package.
