These are masking templates in 1:48 scale, not a kit. They serve to separate the rubber tire cleanly from the metal hub of the road wheels of Second World War armored vehicles while painting. You lay the template on the wheel and spray only the area you want - the transition between the rubber and the disc comes out sharp and the same on every wheel, which done freehand takes time and tends to be uneven.
