A resin detail set from CMK for more experienced modelers. It is not a vehicle model but a weapon set on its own, which faithfully captures the triple Fla SL 151 anti-aircraft mount fitted with 2 cm MG 151/20 automatic cannon. The fine castings offer detail that injection-molded plastic usually does not reach.
The Fla SL 151 mount with three 2 cm MG 151/20 weapons, nicknamed Drilling, meaning a triple, served to defend against low-flying aircraft. Originally an aircraft weapon, the MG 151/20 was also used in ground anti-aircraft installations in the late phase of the Second World War, among other places on half-track vehicles.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off carefully and glue with super glue. The thin barrels and the elements of the mount are fragile, so proceed with care. Painting the metal parts and a fine wash will bring out the structure of the weapon.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as a resin accessory. It is not a vehicle model.
