A turned barrel for the Soviet 37 mm 61-K anti-aircraft gun in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer Aber. An accurate metal replacement for the plastic barrel.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a kit but a separate upgrade part. This precisely turned metal barrel replaces the plastic barrel of the Soviet 37 mm 61-K automatic anti-aircraft gun and is intended for models of that gun in 1:72 scale.
The 61-K gun of 37 mm caliber was the standard Soviet light automatic anti-aircraft weapon introduced at the end of the thirties. During the Second World War it protected infantry, bridges and rear-area targets against low-flying aircraft, and it stayed in use with a number of armies long after the war.
The metal barrel simply goes into the place of the original plastic part. Clean the flash off the mating surfaces, degrease the part and glue it with cyanoacrylate glue. Give the metal surface a primer coat before painting for good adhesion.
This is an accessory for more advanced building; the basic model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
