This is a finished collector's model, not a kit. It is made from a combination of metal (die-cast) and plastic, fully assembled, painted and given both markings and weathering. The finish depicts a machine of the 21st Tank Brigade deployed in North Africa at Tunis in 1943, and it is ready to display at once.

The real subject

The Churchill was a British infantry tank with a markedly long chassis and tracks running around the whole hull, which gave it a characteristic silhouette and good cross-country performance. The Mk.III version received a fully welded turret with a 6-pounder gun. Churchill tanks proved themselves above all in difficult terrain and were deployed in the North African campaign as well.
