1:72 Il-2 Shturmovik - interior 3D decals for Tamiya kit

Kelik 1:72 Il-2 Shturmovik – 3D interior decals

A set of self-adhesive 3D decals from the manufacturer Kelik intended for detailing the interior of a model of the ground-attack aircraft Ilyushin Il-2 Shturmovik in 1:72 scale. This is neither photo-etch nor resin – these are colored, slightly raised elements printed on a flexible film, which are applied like a decal. They typically hold the instrument panel, the side panels and further interior detail with realistic depth and legible dial faces. The decals are prepared for the Tamiya kit.

Use

• Cut the element carefully out of the carrier film and transfer it onto a cleaned, degreased surface of the part.
• Thanks to the flexibility of the film the decal follows even mildly shaped surfaces of the panels.
• The interior does not have to be painted laboriously dial face by dial face – the color print deals with that for you.
• It stands out best once the cabin is assembled and blackened; it can be completed with a light drybrush.

Who the set is for

• Modelers who want a richly drawn out cockpit without photo-etch and airbrushing of the detail.
• Builders of 1:72 aircraft, where the hand painting of instruments is difficult.
• Beginners as well as the advanced, who will appreciate a fast and striking result.

This is an accessory to a plastic kit, not a model of an aircraft. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
