This is not a model of a vehicle but a standalone figure for bringing a diorama or a model to life. It is a 3D-printed resin figure of an Italian army driver in 1:72 scale from IBG Models. The set contains one figure suited to being placed in the cab or beside a model of the Italian 3Ro truck.
The 3Ro truck was a widespread heavy truck of the Italian army in the Second World War. It served in many roles, from carrying troops and cargo to towing guns. A figure of the driver in period uniform gives a model scale and a human dimension and brings the whole scene to life.
After taking the figure out, wash it in lukewarm water with detergent and cut it carefully from the print supports; sand the small surfaces with respiratory protection. It is glued with cyanoacrylate. Apply a primer before painting; acrylic paints and fine shading with glazes work well for the skin, the uniform and the equipment.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the model of the vehicle are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
