Zvezda 1:72 Medieval peasant army is a set of historical plastic figures of peasant and townsmen levies.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of unglued plastic figures in 1:72 scale from Zvezda. The package contains approximately 42 foot figures in roughly 12 poses. The figures are intended to be assembled and painted and suit dioramas as well as tabletop games.
The set represents the peasant and townsmen levies of medieval Europe, roughly of the 13th to 15th centuries. These were non-professional units called out for defense or for a campaign, armed with improvised and agricultural implements, simple weapons, spears, flails and bows. Detachments like these filled out the ranks with the training of poorer fighters in the defense of towns and villages.
Separate the parts from the sprue and glue them with cement for plastic or super glue. Apply a base coat, paint with a brush or an airbrush and bring out the details of the clothing with a wash. Muted natural tones of clothing and wooden implement handles are typical of the subject.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and bases are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
