Kelik 1:72 Mi-35 / Mi-24 interior 3D decals

A set of colored, pre-printed 3D decals for rendering the inside of the crew compartments in 1:72 scale from the accessory maker Kelik. This is not a kit but decal film with a relief, layered print that reproduces the instrument panels, the side panels and the controls. The color print saves time when detailing a small interior in a small scale.

The real subject

The Mil Mi-24, exported as the Mi-35, is a Soviet and Russian attack helicopter nicknamed the Hind. It combines heavy offensive armament with the ability to carry a small troop party, which makes it both a gunship and an armored transport. It is marked out by two separate cockpits for the pilot and the weapons operator, arranged one behind the other.

Use

• Cut the film out, dip it in lukewarm water for 30 to 60 seconds and slide it onto the surface.
• Apply it to a smoothly painted and preferably gloss surface, and gently squeeze out the surplus water.
• Press the part gently down into the relief with a soft cotton swab and, once dry, go over it with matte clear coat. Check the manufacturer's instructions for whether a decal softener may be used with it.
