A Red Fox Studio display base for models in 1:72 scale. It captures the surface of a modern NATO runway in the Type 1 version in the smaller 250 x 160 mm format. The surface is color-finished with a three-dimensional relief effect and ready for a model to go on display.
The base is a light board of extruded PVC roughly 5 mm thick with a pre-printed surface in a satin sheen that resists UV light. This version matches the drawing of the NATO Airfield Type 1 but in the more compact 250 x 160 mm size, which suits smaller models and narrower display cases.
This is a display base on its own. The model, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package.
