A 3D-printed resin set for experienced modelers in the smaller 1:72 scale from Reskit. It holds two figures of carrier deck personnel in red jerseys (red jersey means the ordnance and weapons crew) and an AERO 21A (MHU-191A/M) handling skid. It is an accessory for a flight deck diorama, not an airplane model.
On the decks of American aircraft carriers the color of the jersey marks the job; red belongs to the ordnance and weapons crew. The AERO 21A skid serves to move bombs and rockets to the aircraft and to load them. The pair of figures brings a scene beside a fighter model in 1:72 scale to life.
Wash the parts, remove the print supports and glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); sand with respiratory protection. In the small scale work carefully with the fine detail, paint with an airbrush and finish the faces with a brush.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
