This is a 3D-printed resin figure and diorama set in 1:32 scale from the Ukrainian maker Reskit. It holds two figures of pilots, that is, members of the US Army Air Forces, an M1 Weaver bomb trolley with a hydraulic lift and an AN-M64 aerial bomb weighing 500 pounds. The set captures a scene from the world of the Second World War.
The M1 Weaver was a hand-operated bomb trolley of the US Army Air Forces (USAAF), used for handling aerial bombs and lifting them to the pylons of aircraft. The AN-M64 bomb of 500 pounds was part of the basic American aerial armament of the Second World War. The set thus completes the ground scene around American bombers and fighters of that era.
First wash the print resin residue off the resin parts, carefully cut off the print supports, and wear respiratory protection while sanding. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Both the figures and the trolley will benefit from primer, shading for volume, flesh tones and final washes and pigments for the patina.
This is a resin figure and diorama set for experienced modelers. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; paints, glue and an aircraft model are not included in the package.
