The middle level of die-cut masks from the Czech brand New Ware for the kit of the Sikorsky CH-54 A heavy helicopter in 1:72 scale. The set is cut precisely for the ICM kit (72001) and will not fit another model. It is not a kit and not a part of the helicopter, but an accessory for painting. The masks are cut from Kabuki tape, a premium Japanese masking material (yellow washi paper tape) that is flexible, clings accurately to rounded shapes and leaves no adhesive behind when peeled off.
ADVANCED stands between the basic and the top level. Compared with the BASIC set (the canopy glazing only) it adds masks for the landing gear wheels, the position and navigation lights and further elements, so it saves more handwork. Anyone who wants the full maximum, including small details, lettering and camouflage transitions, reaches for the most complete EXPERT level. All three sets are for the same ICM helicopter, so you can move up from ADVANCED to EXPERT as your ambitions grow.
For builders of the ICM CH-54 A in 1:72 who are not satisfied with the canopy alone and want to handle the wheels and the lights cleanly as well, but do not need the full equipment of the EXPERT level.
