A sheet of waterslide (wet) decals in 1:72 scale from Star Decals. It is not a model but a set of generic markings for finished plastic models of German Sturmgeschütz assault guns. The set contains battalion badges, tactical signs, crosses and other lettering usable across various StuG vehicles.
The Sturmgeschütz (StuG) were German assault guns on a tank chassis, organized into independent battalions (Abteilungen). They served for the direct support of infantry and for antitank defense and carried their own unit badges, different from those of the classic panzer divisions.
Varnish the ground to a gloss. Cut the piece out, dip it in lukewarm water and, once it releases, slide it onto the model. Use a decal softener over texture and overcoat the markings at the end with clear varnish of the sheen you choose. The generic insignia make it possible to put markings together for a particular unit.
This is a set of decals. The model, paints and varnish are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
