Tow cable ends for Soviet Second World War vehicles, 1:72 is a resin detail set of tow cable eyes and end fittings, from which you make a faithful tow cable with wire of your own.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a vehicle model but a detail accessory: a set of resin tow cable ends (eyes and fittings) for Soviet vehicles of the Second World War. The parts are made by high-resolution 3D printing. The fittings are mounted on wire or line of your own, which gives a realistic tow cable of the correct thickness, exactly the way tow rigs were made up on the real vehicles.
Tow cables from the box tend to be too coarse or inaccurate in shape. These ends replace them with fine eyes; you make the cable itself from soft wire, thread or a spring, according to the scale. Suitable for fenders, for the hull deck and as a loosely stowed detail in a diorama.
Wash the fittings, separate them from the print supports and glue them to the prepared wire with cyanoacrylate glue. The end of the wire can be sunk into the hole in the eye for a stronger joint. Apply a primer before painting, and then bring the metal closer with a dark steel color and a light touch of rust.
This is a detail accessory, not a standalone model. The wire for the cable, paints, glue and a kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
