Three figures of US Army mechanics from World War II in 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
Mechanics are figures that were never missing from an airfield or a vehicle park, and yet they are almost never on models. And it is precisely they that give a scene its action: a figure kneeling by a wheel, a second handing over a tool and a third leaning against the fuselage reveal at once that the machine is not in a display case but in service. At the same time they give the model scale, because only next to a person can you tell how big an aircraft or a vehicle really is.
There are three figures of US Army mechanics from the World War II period in 1:72 scale. They will serve on an airfield surface, by parked equipment and in a workshop scene. Check the particular poses and the parts breakdown against the illustration and the manufacturer's information on the packaging.
Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little way from the part and carefully sand the remainder down; in 1:72 scale a fine file and a moment's work are enough. Before painting, wash the figures in lukewarm water with detergent and let them dry. Apply the paint in thin coats, the work clothing comes out with a darker glaze in the folds and a light stroke of a dry brush along the edges. Try the arrangement dry and only then glue the figures down, so that the figures connect with one another and the scene makes sense.
The figures are supplied. The model, a base, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
