The Z-37 Cmelak is a single-seat agricultural aircraft built in Czechoslovakia, powered by a radial engine and intended above all for dusting and spraying fields. The Z-37A version with a strengthened structure was built from the early 1970s and the machines served in civil agricultural aviation for whole decades. Its rugged silhouette and bold paint schemes make it a rewarding modeling subject.
Apply the decals onto smooth gloss varnish, so that silvering does not occur. Once cut out, soak the marking, move it into place and blot the surplus water away. A softener will help it settle into the surface structure, and at the end tie the surface together with matte or semi-gloss varnish according to the character of the finish.
