The Petropavlovsk publication from the Top Drawings series by Kagero. A book of plans of the Soviet anti-submarine guided missile cruiser of Project 1134B.
Responsibility details are not available.
This publication from the popular Top Drawings series by Kagero is devoted to the Soviet anti-submarine guided missile cruiser Petropavlovsk of Project 1134B (Berkut). It is not a kit but a book of detailed drawings and plans intended for modelers, scratch builders and anyone interested in warships. The text is bilingual, in English and Polish.
The Petropavlovsk belonged to the ships of Project 1134B, the gas turbine powered variant of the anti-submarine cruisers. They were classed as large anti-submarine ships, but in size they matched cruisers, and they stayed in service for a number of years in the second half of the 20th century.
The book will be appreciated by ship modelers, builders working to their own plans, collectors of literature on the Soviet Navy and researchers of the Cold War. It serves as visual and plan reference, not as instructions for a particular kit.
