About product

Titans Hobby Birch Summer (12 - 16 cm) tree model

A hand-made model of a birch in its leafy summer form from the Italian maker Titans Hobby. The tree stands 12 to 16 cm tall. The trunk with its characteristic white bark carries fine green foliage, so the tree is ready to be planted straight into a scene. Its size suits smaller modeling scales and model railroads in particular.

Use

  • Set the tree into a pre-drilled hole in the base and fix it with PVA glue or cyanoacrylate glue (super glue).
  • Hide the foot of the trunk with static grass, foliage or scatter material for a smooth transition into the terrain.
  • Suitable for woodland scenery, tree-lined avenues, gardens and suburban landscapes.
  • The foliage can be built up with loose foliage material for a denser crown.

Who it is for

For diorama and model railroad builders who want a realistic broadleaf tree without making one themselves. Suitable for beginners and experienced builders alike.

Paints, glue and terrain materials are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.

FAQ

It is a leafy summer birch with a white trunk and green foliage, ready to be planted into a scene.

A height of 12 to 16 cm matches smaller scales and model railroads; in larger scales it will serve as a younger, lower tree. A specific scale is not stated here as binding.

Best into a pre-drilled hole in the base, fixed with PVA glue or cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), and then hide the foot with grass or foliage.
