About product

Lifecolor Weathered Wood Set

A set of water-thinnable Lifecolor acrylic paints aimed at rendering weathered, aged and worn wood. The package contains graded shades of brown and gray that make it possible to create the realistic texture of faded planks, crates, decks and diorama elements. Lifecolor acrylics are non-toxic, odorless and dry quickly.

Use

  • Applied by brush or airbrush, thinned with water or with acrylic thinner.
  • Layering and a dry brush let you create growth rings and a faded surface.
  • Suited to plastic, resin, metal and real wood in dioramas.
  • The paints can be mixed for different degrees of weathering.

Who the set is for

For modelers and diorama builders who want a realistic rendering of weathered wood: crates, pallets, fences, ship decks and wooden buildings.

The paints are water-thinnable. Work in a well-ventilated space and keep out of the reach of children.
