Dark green is one of the cornerstones of camouflage schemes, whether on aircraft or on ground vehicles. This finish is semi-gloss, that is with a silky surface that does not drown detail in a flat field and at the same time does not throw back sharp points of light. The shade is listed under the manufacturer's part number C320.
Dark green is used as one of the two or three components of a camouflage pattern on upper surfaces, as an overall finish on vehicles and as a base for later shading. It sits well with brown, gray and olive shades, so it also suits the accessory elements of dioramas, shipping crates and equipment.
Stir the container thoroughly before work, the pigment settles at the bottom. The thinner and the thinning ratio follow the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging; use the thinner intended for this line. Spray in several light coats and let them flash off, as one heavy coat floods panel lines. For soft transitions in a camouflage pattern, lift the mask above the surface or spray the boundary freehand. Wash and degrease the surface before spraying. Work in a well-ventilated space and close the container carefully after use so the paint does not thicken.
The package holds the paint itself. Thinner, cleaner, brushes and spraying equipment are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
