A double-ended pin vise type hand drill with a rotating handle and a collet at each end. Thanks to the two clamping ranges it covers drill bit diameters from 0.5 to 3.0 mm, so there is no need to keep swapping collets. Drilling is done by hand, with a gentle turn, in full control of both the depth and the direction.

Drill bits are usually not part of the handle, so check the contents of the package. Tighten the collet firmly but without force, so that the thread is not damaged.
