About product

Stony loading area H0 (Model Scene)

This is a finished scenic accessory, a panel with a stony (gravel) surface that represents a loading and handling area at a siding, a warehouse or a station. It is worked in H0 scale (1:87) and serves to furnish a layout quickly and faithfully. It is not a kit of a vehicle or a building but a flat landscape element. The maker is the Czech brand Model Scene.

Use

  • Place the area beside a siding, a ramp or a warehouse as a paved loading yard.
  • Work the edges into the terrain with static grass, gravel or soil for a smooth transition.
  • The surface can be fine-tuned with pigments and washes for an effect of trodden dust and mud.

Who it is for

  • Builders of H0 layouts who are creating industrial and freight scenes.
  • Modelers looking for a quick and realistic way to furnish handling areas.
  • Makers of dioramas on a railroad or warehouse theme.

This is a finished scenic accessory ready to be placed; glue and other materials are not included in the package.
