Pigment Binder 30 ml is an acrylic binder from Vallejo that fixes loose pigments on a model and makes it possible to prepare liquid weathering mixes from them.

This is a modeling product for weathering, not a paint and not a kit. The clear acrylic binder is used to fix loose pigments: once dust and mud effects have been applied it holds them in place so that they do not rub off, and at the same time it lets you mix the pigments into liquid pastes and washes for targeted application.
For modelers of military vehicles and dioramas and for everyone who works with pigments and wants to fix them permanently. It is applied with a brush or added directly to the pigment.
A water-thinnable acrylic product. Work with pigments carefully and do not breathe in the dust. Keep out of the reach of children.
