This add-on set from the Czech maker Aires replaces the plastic exhaust nozzle of the F-16C/CJ (Block 50) model with a faithful resin nozzle rendered in the open, spread position. The set is usually supplemented with photo-etched parts for the finest elements. It is not an airplane model but a refining part of the engine section for a kit under construction.
The F-16 Fighting Falcon is a single-engine multirole fighter; the Block 50 version is among the most widespread and uses an engine with the corresponding variant of the exhaust nozzle. The spread nozzle matches the state on the ground at idle or when shut down and is a visually prominent detail of the rear end.
The set holds only resin and photo-etched parts. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
