It is a resin set of accessories, not a standalone vehicle model. The castings serve to enrich a base kit and make it look lived in, with realistic equipment, stowage and the crew's personal gear. The set is designed to match the shape of the relevant model in 1:35 scale; the vehicle kit itself is not included in the package.
The M8 HMC (Howitzer Motor Carriage), nicknamed the Scott, was an American self-propelled gun of the Second World War. It came about by mounting a 75 mm howitzer in an open turret on the chassis of the M5 Stuart light tank and served for direct fire support.
First wash the mold release residue off the parts, cut the casting blocks off carefully and clean up the surfaces with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). We recommend an undercoat of primer, then acrylic or enamel paints, and finishing with washes and pigments for faithful mud and dust effects.
The accessories are supplied as unassembled and unpainted resin castings. The base model, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package.
