A set of seat belts for the cockpit of the Japanese Mitsubishi A6M Zero fighter in the small 1:144 scale. In this scale HGW uses wet transfer technology: the belts are printed on decal paper and transferred without a carrier film, so once dry there is none of the glossy film edge typical of ordinary decals. The maker is the Czech firm HGW Models. This is not a kit but a fine detail accessory for the seat.
The Mitsubishi A6M Zero was a Japanese carrier-based fighter of the Second World War, famed for its long range and its agility. Even in the small 1:144 scale a hint of the belts can bring an otherwise empty seat to life.
