Life Miniatures Ambush at Poteau - SS Panzergrenadier, KG Hansen is a resin full figure of a German soldier from the fighting in the Ardennes in 1944 in 1:16 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A collector's resin full figure in 1:16 scale from the South Korean brand Life Miniatures, from the Ambush at Poteau series. The subject is a German armored grenadier (Panzergrenadier) of the Hansen battle group during the battle in the Ardennes (the Battle of the Bulge) in 1944. It is supplied as an unassembled and unpainted kit in gray resin for experienced figure painters. It is the smaller variant of the same subject, which the maker also offers in a larger scale.
The Ambush at Poteau series draws on period photographs taken in January 1944 near Poteau in Belgium. The figure captures a soldier in winter field gear matter-of-factly and suits a display case and a winter diorama alike.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut away the casting blocks and clean up the joints; wear respiratory protection while sanding. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The 1:16 scale offers a good compromise between detail and size; a base is not included in the package.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints, a base and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
