This is a set of self-adhesive masking templates made of fine kabuki (washi) paper, not a model. The masks are cut to fit the particular kit exactly and are used for spraying the cockpit frames and the other clear parts cleanly. The BASIC version covers the canopy framing, the remaining clear parts and the wheel masks.
The Bell AH-1Z Viper is a modern American attack helicopter from the H-1 family, powered by a pair of turboshaft engines and fitted with a four-blade main rotor. It carries advanced sensors and a wide range of armament. The Czech armed forces became the first European operator of the type, so the set makes it possible to build the machine in its domestic finish.
Peel the mask off, place it precisely with tweezers, press the edges down well and spray in thin coats so that the paint does not creep under the edge. It is best to spray the interior cockpit shade first and the exterior airframe color afterwards. Any adhesive residue can be removed gently, without solvents.
The set contains masking templates only. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
