An aftermarket detail set aimed at particular areas of the model, not a kit. The photo-etched brass parts make it possible to build thin, faithfully shaped fenders and stowage bins for tools, which plastic moldings imitate only in a simplified way. Intended for plastic models of the Pz.Kpfw.38(t) light tank in the Ausf.E/F variant in 1:35 scale.
The Pz.Kpfw.38(t) is based on the Czechoslovak LT vz. 38 light tank and in German service was widely deployed above all on the Eastern Front. The fenders and stowage bins were among the characteristic external features of the vehicle, and a faithful rendering of them markedly improves the overall look of a model.
Thin brass sheet offers a realistic thickness at the edges. Separate the parts with a sharp knife, make the bends on a bending tool and glue the joints with super glue. We recommend proceeding patiently and degreasing the surfaces before gluing.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
