SNB125 stainless nippers with a bent head are Japanese nippers 125 mm long whose angled jaw reaches a gate from the side as well.
Responsibility details are not available.
Japanese-made nippers with an overall length of 125 millimeters and a head bent at an angle. The jaws are of stainless steel and have a flat flush cut. The bend of the head is the main merit of this version, because it lets you lay the edge against the part even where straight nippers would have to point squarely into an obstruction.
At the moment when the gate is at the bottom of a deep part, inside an already glued body or between two walls that cannot be moved apart. The angled jaw slips in there from the side and the hand stays clear of the obstruction, so the work remains in view. It serves just as well for trimming wires and pins flush on a finished model, where straight nippers cannot be turned.
Turn the straight side of the jaw toward the part and guide the nippers so that the edge seats with its whole face, not just with the tip. Every bent version has the least force at the tip. Cut in two goes and reach for another tool for hard materials. Stainless takes damp, but it is good to wipe off deposits from chemicals.
The bent head also comes in handy for repairs, when a badly glued part has to be cut off without taking the whole assembly apart.
