Streamer Support Set for Arch LED Lamp

Camera holder for the arch LED lamp

The set is an accessory for the Green Stuff World arch modeling lamp, not a stand in its own right. It clamps directly onto the arch of the lamp and carries a phone or an action camera, so you film from exactly the place the work is lit from. The manufacturer states that the holder is compatible with smartphones and with action cameras and that more than one holder can be fitted to a single lamp, so several angles can be filmed at once. The bench top stays clear, because the holder does not take up a single inch of the table.

Use

• Fit the holder onto the arch of the lamp and tighten it so that it does not shift under the weight of the device.
• Set the framing before you start working; correcting it while filming tends to be awkward.
• Turn the phone lens toward the model and switch on a mode that does not refocus on its own.
• For a shot from above, leave enough room between the lens and the model for your hands and tools.
• For two angles at once use two holders; the lamp will carry more than one.

Who it is for

The set is for modelers who film their work, stream it or document their progress. It assumes that you already own the arch lamp of this brand, because the holder clamps onto its arch.

Attach the device to the holder carefully and test that it holds before any longer session. The lamp, the phone and the camera are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
