This is a paint marker from the Tidy Track system, not a kit. It serves for painting the sides of rails, the rail feet and the spikes a steel shade quickly and cleanly, so that the track looks as realistic as the rest of the scenery. The marker can be used on metal and on plastic, both before the track is laid and on track already in place.
Do not press the tip hard; the paint flows out on its own. If you need to increase the flow, press the tip briefly against a piece of cardboard. Degrease the rail before painting; clean the top running surface of the railhead once it has dried so that it stays conductive. For a more complete weathering, the marker can be combined with other shades of the range (rust, weathered ties).
A paint marker, not a model. Work in a ventilated room and protect the running surface of the rails.
