Sterling Silver from the Vallejo True Metallic Metal line is a water-thinnable acrylic metallic paint intended for painting realistic metal surfaces on fantasy, historical and wargaming figures. Within the TMM system the LiGHT variant is the lighter, brighter version of the basic silver tone - it serves for highlighting edges, blades and the most brightly lit places on metal. The metallic paint contains fine metal pigments, gives a genuine metallic sheen once dry and is comfortable to apply with a brush. It comes in a dropper bottle. (The LiGHT spelling in the name is the stylized branding of the line, not a mistake.)

Use

• Applied with a brush, thinned with clean water.
• The LiGHT tone picks out edges and highlights; it combines with the base and shadow shade of the line.
• Shake thoroughly before use - the metal pigment settles to the bottom.
• It comes out best on a smooth, even surface.
• Apply metallic paints toward the end; they are harder to overspray and to mask.
