Tamiya TS-76 Mica Silver — lacquer spray 100 ml

A synthetic lacquer spray from Tamiya in the Mica Silver shade — a fine metallic silver with a mica pearl effect that sparkles gently in the light. The can holds 100 ml and is intended mainly for the bodies of car models. The paint dries fairly quickly and suits larger continuous areas. Tamiya lacquer sprays do not react with acrylic or enamel paints, so details can be painted in with acrylic or enamel afterwards.

Use

• Shake the can for several minutes before spraying and let the ball inside mix the paint.
• Spray from a distance of about 25–30 cm in thin coats and build them up gradually.
• Apply it on plastic or over a primer; the pearl effect shows best on a smooth surface.
• One can covers roughly two to three car bodies in 1:24 scale.

Who it is for

For modelers building cars and other vehicles who want a striking metallic pearl finish applied from a can. It suits modelers without an airbrush as well, who want even metallic coverage.

Flammable aerosol under pressure. Work only in a well-ventilated space, away from open flame and sources of sparks and out of the reach of children. Do not inhale the vapors, do not expose the can to heat and do not throw it into fire. It is not intended for the clear polycarbonate (Lexan) bodies of RC models.
