Responsibility details are not available.
A 3D-printed resin set of plants in 1:35 scale from GINGER CAT: agave. The manufacturer gives five pieces in the package. The plants are supplied unpainted, so the shade of the leaves and the degree of withering are decided by the modeler according to the climate and the period the scene portrays.
The agave is a succulent plant with stiff leaves arranged in a rosette and ending in a sharp point. It grows in a dry, warm climate, above all in the Mediterranean, in Mexico and in the south of the United States, so it gives a scene an unambiguous geographical setting: a single agave by a wall turns a neutral yard into a Mediterranean or a desert one. For a model the advantage is the rigid shape, which holds after painting and needs no supporting structure.
3D-printed parts are small and brittle: separate them with a fine-tooth saw or with nippers and level the remains of the print supports with a fine file. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); solvent cement for plastic does not hold. Before painting, spray a thin coat of primer, as a heavy coat would drown the detail.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
