This is a brass detail set from the Polish brand Aber, not a model of a vehicle. The package holds four towing shackles of the early form with their pins, which replace the coarser plastic parts and give the model sharp shapes correct in scale.
On the Panther the towing shackles were carried on the hull sides and served to secure a tow cable. The metal version has faithful proportions of the eye and of the pin and will take a realistic cable hung on it. The set is intended for models of the Panther medium tank in its early form.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife, clean them up and glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Degrease before painting and use a metal primer so that the paint holds.
