T-34 with a mine roller 1:35 (LANMO Model) — a 3D-printed resin kit for demanding modelers, centered on the Soviet tank with a mine roller. The scope of the package is worth checking.
Responsibility details are not available.
A short-run kit from the production of LANMO Model in 1:35 scale, centered on the Soviet medium tank T-34 equipped with a mine roller. It is a technologically more demanding kit in resin and 3D printing intended for advanced modelers. The mine roller is a striking, visually attractive feature which turns an ordinary T-34 into an unusual piece both for a collection and for a diorama.
Mine rollers were a device mounted in front of a tank which by its weight set off mines prematurely and cleared a safe passage for hardware. The Soviet army deployed such devices on T-34 tanks when breaking through the fortified belts of the Second World War. The rollers consisted of an assembly of heavy discs on a frame carried in front of the vehicle, and when a mine went off the damaged segment could be replaced.
Wash the resin and 3D-printed parts free of any mold release agent and separate them carefully from the print supports. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate); cement for plastic does not hold on resin. Protect your airways while sanding. The roller and its frame will take pronounced mud and dust effects, and rust on the discs can be brought out with pigments. Apply a quality primer and a Soviet green shade.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
