1:72 Joint Base Langley-Eustis is a printed base sheet with the texture of a concrete apron for displaying aircraft models.

A printed sheet with the texture of a concrete airfield surface, intended to go under a finished aircraft model in 1:72 scale. It is neither a model nor a decal but a ready-made background under a model. The print on white card captures the joints between concrete slabs and the yellow-orange apron markings, that is, the elements that turn a plain display case into an airfield scene. The sheet measures roughly 24.5 by 17.5 centimeters.
Glue the sheet to a rigid base, for example a piece of foam board or thicker plastic, otherwise it will ripple and curl. Apply the glue evenly across the whole area, because spot gluing shows through the print. The edges cannot be sanded, so trim them with a straight cut along a ruler. You can strengthen the effect by dusting the surface lightly with dust pigment once it is glued down and by suggesting darker marks around the main landing gear.
It is printed card. It contains no model parts and no decals.
