This set holds water-based acrylic paints from the Revell Aqua Color range, put together for models of sports and racing cars. The package holds six shades of 5 ml each, among which you will find gloss black, a rich red, an aluminum metallic and silk matte and gray tones for the interior and the accessories. Aqua Color is an acrylic thinned with water, so you work without odor and without aggressive solvents.

Use

• Stir the paints thoroughly before use, especially the metallic, because the pigment settles at the bottom.
• They can be applied with a brush as well as an airbrush; for spraying, thin the paint with water or with the Revell thinner for Aqua Color, not with lacquer thinner.
• A gloss body surface stands out on a smooth base, or you can bring it out with a clear varnish compatible with acrylics.
• Tools and hands are cleaned with water as long as the paint has not dried.
• For rich, even coverage choose several thin coats rather than one thick one.
