Firma49 200 liter drums (ver.2) in 1:48 scale is a set of resin 200 liter drums — a diorama accessory, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin set of classic 200 liter drums in 1:48 scale from the Czech manufacturer Firma49. This is not a kit or a vehicle model but a diorama accessory that will bring the scene around the main model to life. The ver.2 designation denotes a reworked, more detailed version of the real subject. In the set there are undamaged as well as damaged variants of the drums and separate lids for realistic compositions.
200 liter steel drums were among the most common props for fuel, oil or water from the Second World War to the present day. In 1:48 they suit aircraft on the apron, vehicles, field refueling points and workshops.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Apply the base color with an airbrush and bring the surface to life with pigments, rust and washes; the damaged pieces come out best with their edges picked out.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and unassembled. Glue, paints and the main model are not included in the package.
