A resin, 3D-printed set from Clear Prop Models representing replacement radiators for a model of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109E (Emil) fighter in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit but a detail accessory that replaces the radiators from the plastic kit with more faithful resin parts carrying a well worked-out internal structure.
The underwing radiators and their grilles are among the most exposed places on the Emil. The resin parts capture the fine structure of the radiator cores and fins, which injection-molded plastic handles with difficulty, and once painted they bring the view of the underside of the model to life.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, carefully separate them from the print supports and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Bring out the fine structure of the radiators with a dark wash; protect your airways when sanding resin. We recommend a primer before painting.
It is a resin detail accessory, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the kit are not included in the package.
