Responsibility details are not available.
A resin set of replacement heads of soldiers of the Polish army of 1939 in 1:35 scale from the Polish maker Mantis Miniatures. It is not a figure or a kit but a detail accessory for replacing the stock heads on figures. The set contains several types of headgear, including helmets and the rogatywka cap, and is cast in two sizes to match the proportions of various bodies.
The Polish army went into action against the German invasion in September 1939. The characteristic marks of its infantry were the Model 1937 helmet and the typical Polish rogatywka cap. The set makes it possible to carry those features faithfully onto figures of the defensive campaign of 1939.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off at the neck and glue them with super glue. For period uniform shades, earthy khaki tones and a fine wash bringing out the detail of the face and the headgear work well.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Figures, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
