This is an aftermarket resin detail part from Quickboost (Aires) — a fine windshield wiper for the Eurocopter EC145 helicopter. It is not a helicopter model — it is a small replacement part for a plastic kit, specifically for the kit from Revell, which you have to own.
The windshield wiper is a tiny but prominent detail at the front of the cabin. A cast resin wiper is slimmer and more faithful than the coarser part from a plastic kit and gives the windshield a realistic look. The Eurocopter EC145 is a modern twin-engine multipurpose helicopter used, for instance, by emergency services, by police and for VIP transport.
The part is very small — separate it carefully from the casting block with a clean cut and work over a mat so that it does not get lost. Resin is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); ordinary cement for plastic does not hold on it, so apply only a minute amount. Before varnishing, wash the part free of mold release agent residue and paint it to match the subject, usually black.
The detail part is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
