HEKI leafy trees and bushes light green, 15 pieces is a set of finished trees with leaf foliage.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of fifteen finished trees and bushes from the German maker HEKI. Compared with ordinarily flocked trees, these crowns have foliage of leaf material, so close up you do not see the grain of granulate but individual formations resembling leaves. On a model this shows above all in the foreground of a scene and in photography, where a coarse flock gives itself away first. The light green form matches fresh leaf and sets a scene in spring or the start of summer.
The trees are stuck into a prepared hole or glued by the foot of the trunk. Lay them out dry first and check the view from the place you look at the scene from. It proves itself to place the finer foliage where the viewer is close and to leave coarser trees for the background; the difference between them then helps the scene instead. At the foot of a trunk add a grass tuft so that the transition from the ground is not abrupt.
For builders of model railroad layouts and dioramas who want a finer crown in the foreground, and for modelers who photograph their scenes. The set can also be split up and the finer pieces used only where a scene is viewed close up, for example at a station or at a farmstead. It is a modeling material, not a toy. The manufacturer marks its landscaping goods as unsuitable for children under fifteen.
