A set of twenty-five conifers from the push-in range of trees. The range of heights from five to twelve centimeters is an advantage in one box: straight out of the box you can build a group with graded tops, which looks more natural than a forest made up of pieces all the same height. The small trees are finished and foliated, with a spike on the trunk.
A real forest does not have a level upper outline. Several generations of trees grow side by side in it, the tallest individuals overtop the rest and between them are gaps left by windfall. A set with varying heights allows this picture without anything having to be added. Just plant the tallest pieces in clumps and scatter the lower ones among them.
The set is suitable for layout builders who need to forest an area as well as for diorama modelers looking for the mass of a forest. For the first plane, where a tree is seen close up, it is better to reach for more detailed pieces. Production takes place in Germany with a share of hand work, and the core of each small tree is an injection-molded plastic armature with hand-bent branches. Because the small trees come foliated, you need neither glue nor scatter material for them, only a base the spike can be pressed into.
