This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:24 scale from the Japanese brand Hasegawa captures the Toyota Celica Liftback 1600GT in street custom form. The package holds a new plastic front chin spoiler and stylish Igeta wheels; the body is molded in white. The assembled model measures about 177 mm.
The first-generation Celica in the Liftback 1600GT form was among the popular sports coupes of the 1970s. Street conversions with a chin spoiler and wide wheels made it an icon of the Japanese car culture of the period.
A white body is an ideal base for a color scheme of your own. Fit the front spoiler before painting, spray on primer and apply the paint with an airbrush in thin coats. Paint the chrome additions and the interior with a brush after assembly.
