A large plastic kit of the American carrier-based electronic warfare aircraft EA-18G Growler from Trumpeter in the large 1:32 scale. The model offers rich division, a striking fit of jamming pods and metal landing gear parts for a firm stance of a heavy model.
The EA-18G Growler is derived from the two-seat Super Hornet and is specialized in electronic warfare - the suppression and jamming of hostile air defenses. It carries characteristic pods on the wingtips and jamming systems under the fuselage and the wings. It serves with the US Navy as the modern successor to the EA-6B Prowler.
In the large scale the cockpit and the detail of the stores come into their own, so careful cleaning up and a thin cement for plastic pay off. A primer, an airbrush and picking out the panel lines are recommended. Bond the metal landing gear parts with super glue.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
